To date I have always hesitated to commence mesotherapy training due to the problems you mentioned although it has been a fixed part of the agenda of many congresses for years.

I'd take the training you suggest immediately and without hesitation, however. I would therefore like to invite you to London, as I believe your initiative ought to be international from the start. I could organise a first test workshop for members in December. As you see, I'm keen to learn what you have to offer. Mark Palmer, MD
